How long does delivery take?
your orders will be arranged to ship within 48 hours after ordered, for USA order,normally 5-10 business days to the USA if ship from the USA warehouse. (Note: The delivery time of pre-sale products is subject to the arrival time.), other countries will take 15-35 days depend on the different place with different express forwarders. Also We cooperate with FedEx, UPS, DHL,and other express to provide ground shipping for your orders. Please note we do not offer expedited shipping (eg: Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or 3-Day Select) at this moment, so please plan your order accordingly.
1. Will I get a push mail regarding the shipping detail after placing an order?
Yes, an automatic push mail will be sent out as long as we dispatch your order, however, sometime the mail service is not so stable, it leads to customers can't receive the mail normally.

3. About shipping.
We currently does not ship product(s) to Military addresses outside of the physical United States (eg. APO/DPO/FPO/US Territories) or freight forwarding addresses. A physical address within the US will need to be provided for the order to successfully process and ship out.
4.How do I cancel my order?
After each order is processed, it is sent immediately to our fulfillment warehouse for shipment. Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped. if the order which had not shipped out from warehouse, you can contact us cancel it timely.
5.Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route,but you can cancel an order within 60 minutes and reorder with accurate details.
Notes:
If the order is canceled by the customer more than 1 hour after placing an order, the customer must bear any return shipping fees that may apply.
If the wrong address is provided by the customer, and this leads to the package being lost or otherwise becoming unrecoverable, the customer shall bear the loss. Liipoo will not replace the order or issue a refund.
